A request that changes scope, systems, integrations, security requirements, or delivery dates may need a written change order and revised fee. You should review each deliverable promptly and tell us about a material issue within the review period stated in the agreement. We will work with you to correct confirmed defects within the agreed support boundaries.
Fees are due on the dates shown in your agreement. Each party must protect confidential information received from the other. Where we process personal data for you, the applicable data processing terms and UK data protection law apply.
Either party may end a service in line with its written agreement. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those limits, liability provisions, payment obligations, and confidentiality duties continue as stated in the applicable agreement.
English law applies unless your written agreement says otherwise.
